Pakistan Benefit Acoustic Tour

“74% of Pakistanis live in poverty – on less than $2 US per day…. At least, that was before on July 21st, Pakistan began experiencing extreme flooding due to heavy rains and monsoons, causing rivers to breach capacity and entire villages to become submerged. Now, it’s estimated that nearly 1/5 of the entire country is underwater. This natural disaster is affecting nearly 20 million people – more than the Haiti Earthquake AND 2004 Asia Tsunami combined, many aid organizations are estimating. This is due largely to the loss of infrastructure: homes, businesses, crops, health and education services, that will take years to rebuild.” – One Days Wages
In order to raise awareness and funds to support relief efforts we’re heading out on a Pakistan benefit acoustic tour (in the USA) with support of solo artist My November Guest and the the Rock for Justice organization as well as local special guests in each respective city. All proceeds will go to the One Days Wages organization. So grab some friends and come and support the relief effort while enjoying some good music. Head over to the dates section of our website to see when we’re coming through a city near you.
